Made in-house beef pattie, artisanal burger bun, Tha Sai Blue cow cheese Stilton style cheese from Chiang Rai, seared onion, tomato slice, mix lettuce, dill pickles, fleur de sel, Kampot pepper.

All our steaks are Thai-Charolais beef raised in Nakon Patom, fed on a mix of grains & hay, and wet aged for 21 days to insure a nice maturation, development of flavours and softness of the meat.

Our vegetables are local & certified organic.
