Ingredients: Wheat flour, sourdough, AOP French butter, salt, honey, sugar, yeast, water, custard cream, raisins.

Our pastry selection is made by our French artisan partner. These items are cooked on demand and therefore available all day long.

You can also request them frozen for your personal storage and practical use. To give a nice crispy texture: Oven at 180°C for not more than 1 minute.
