French butter croissant
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sourdough, AOP French butter, salt, honey, sugar, yeast, water.
Our pastry selection is made by our French artisan partner. These items are cooked on demand and therefore available all day long.
You can also request them par-baked and for your personal storage and practical use. Keep them in your freezer. To finish baking process: defrost outside of freezer for 10min and then put in oven at 180°C for approximate 2 minutes.
