Goat – Ricotta ~200g
Ingredients: raw goat milk, salt, rennet.
Origin: Chiang Mai, Thailand. French producer.
Unlike cow milk ricotta, goat ricotta contains less fat. The flavour is fresh and mild. It’s most ideal for crumbling on top of salads and pasta dishes; mix with cream and herbs for a dip; or simply with some olive oil and fleur de sel on top.
