You might leave the box slightly open to reduce over humidity that might alter the cheese.
Take out of fridge in AC room 10 min before serving.


Petit Blanc is a semi fresh cheese. When young, the flavours are incredibly fresh. Over time the Petit Blanc develops a creamier texture with a visible colouration of the rind after 1 week of purchase. The taste continues to intensify in depth with aging.
