Our natural Fleur de sel is hand harvested by over 40 years experienced “paludier” and his family in Petchaburi salt flats, following the rhythm of nature, wind & sunny conditions. Its flavour is deliciously crisp and without a predominate iodine aftertaste as regular sea salts.
It will enhances the flavour in each dish, you may use it for cooking or to dress salads, cooked meat, fish, vegetables, pasta and more.
Fleur de sel is developed under very specific moderation and timed conditions which requires an exact level of saltiness in the water, sunny weather and dry wind.
Fleur de Sel is delicately collected by scraping the crystallized salt on the surface before it sinks to the bottom.
