Pink grapefruits are produced in Chiang Mai by organic farm.
They are nicely juicy, semisweet, with a very light touch of bitterness at finish. The intense pink interior flesh is segmented and is easily collected with a small spoon after cutting the fruit in half.
They preserve well and can be kept for few weeks.
