Origin: Chiang Rai, Thailand. Canadian producer.

Take out of fridge in AC room 10 min before serving.


Tha Sai Blue is a light stilton style cheese. Despite its natural crumbliness it’s nicely creamy but not over strong. It will keep on developing stronger flavour with time.
