Take out of fridge in AC room 10 min before serving.


Bûchette is a semi fresh cheese. When young, the flavours are incredibly fresh; Over time this cheese develops a creamier texture with a more visible colouration of the rind after some times. The taste continues to intensify in depth with aging.
