Truffle cashew cheese spread

Based on the pure cashew cheese, with a small percentage of canola oil and additional flavors in the mix. Easy to spread on bread or to use as condiment (mix it in a salad dressing or use it in vegan pasta sauces just to give some examples) Due to the pasteurization process the live probiotics are not present anymore in this cheese spread.

Ingredients : cashew-nut, salt, water, vegetable oil, truffle paste.
